H-LINE SHIPPING Co., Ltd. has established the basic policy of Safe Operation and Economic Operation to ensure the safety of life and property at Shore & sea, protection of the environment and the customer’s satisfaction, and wishes “to realize the shipping service to be satisfying and reliable for the customer” through the establishment and implementation of SHEQ policy as follows

For effective implementation of the above SHEQ policy the objectives and policy for each team may be established and implemented and concrete implementation methods shall be reflected in the annual business program so as to be implemented and managed accordingly.

The master shall decide his own policy to accomplish the policy and objective of SHEQ policy and commit it to writing and evaluate the satisfactory implementation of the master’s policy and manage it regularly.

• Create a safety culture by promoting safety awareness among executives and employees and cooperation employees working in workplace.
• Achieving accident prevention and zero accident goals through continuous improvement in safety
• Advance an ability to react through efficiently management of ship and company emergency response.

• Use energy and resources efficiently and minimize all discharge of pollutants into the environment
• Improve work performance and respond to climate change by improving environmentally friendly awareness and capabilities
• Achieving zero environmental pollution accident through management of pollutants in accordance with legal procedures
• Quality Policy
• Comply with the law regulation concerning activities and services of the Company
• Understand and meet the customer’s needs, and provide satisfactory services to the customers
• Motivate all employee on shore and sea recognize the importance of the SHEQ system and faithfully fulfill their respective responsibilities and roles.

• All policies a procedures related to the company’s security include cyber security.
• Comply with ISPS Code and maintain a high level of security system to prevent security incidents
• Establishment of response procedures to security threats and routine of security activities.

• Alcohol Drug Policy
• The possession and dosage of drugs by the crew shall be prohibited.
• Master have a responsibility and authority for prohibition of the abuse of alcohol of seafarer and should control alcohol
• All crew should control excessive drinking by himself/herself and should comply alcohol drug procedure
• Excessive drinking that interferes with duty and work is strictly prohibited.
